Fife & Kimmitt Surveyors is a family-run team of Chartered Surveyors providing RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys, along with fully regulated RICS property valuations, across the North East, including Durham, Darlington, Newcastle, Sunderland and Cleveland. Led by FRICS-qualified surveyor Mark Fife, our family-run team combines strong local knowledge with RICS-approved standards to deliver clear, reliable reports for buyers, sellers and homeowners.

Our surveyors are highly experienced in all major residential property types and carry out RICS Valuations, Level 2, and Level 3 Surveys in full accordance with RICS guidelines. Every inspection is completed by a fully qualified, registered RICS valuer to ensure accuracy, independence and compliance.
